Cancellation Policy for RED periods - see calendar

Check-in Time
Our normal check-in time is between 12:00 - 6:00 pm. In most cases, we can provide an early check-in time of 9:30 a.m. if requested.

Check-out Time
Check-out time is generally by 10:00am but later check-outs may be allowed if the room is not required. Please talk to
the reception if you require special consideration for check-out. You can always leave your luggage for as long as you require in the custody of
the front desk staff.

A note about our room occupancy

A cot for children up to 4 years old can be added in all rooms.
- Bed Sizes
Our double rooms have either one double bed, European standard (180cm. or 71in. wide) which is slightly smaller than a king size, or two twin beds (each 90cm. or 35in. wide). Our room rates are for occupancy - from 1 to 3 adults. 4 adults would require two double rooms.
- Communicating Rooms
Carlyle Brera Hotel and Hotel Ariosto offer communicating rooms.
- Bathrooms
All rooms have complete private bathroom facilities with option of bathtub or shower.

Our Buffet Breakfast is a complimentary service and it is up to the guest to use it or not. It makes no difference to the rates. Our buffet breakfasts are self serve and include cereals, fresh pastries and brioche, bread, crackers, fruit, yoghurt, eggs, fruit juices, tea, coffee, and cappuccino. Carlyle Brera Hotel also offers a larger variety
buffet, which includes bacon, eggs and cold cut meats.

Ticket 7,50 Euro, booking is obligatory.
Discount for EU citizens under 18 or over 65, and for EU citizens between 18 and 25.
To book, phone +39-02-89421146 (39 is the code for Italy, substitute the plus sign with the code necessary from your country) - The number answers Monday-Friday 9.00am-6.00pm, Saturday 9.00am-2.00pm.
The operator will give you a code number and the time of the visit. You can collet and pay for tickets on the day of your visit, at least half an hour before scheduled time.

Train to Malpensa Airport
Milano Nord Cadorna railway station has a train to Malpensa Airport: www.malpensaexpress.it. Please visit our subway map online and look for "Cadorna F.S." stop (red and green lines). About 10/20 min. by subway or 10/15 min. by taxi from station to all our hotels.
The train takes about 50 min. to the airport and the ticket is 9,00 Euro one way From 5:50am to 9:20pm, at the 20 min. and 50 min. of every hour. When the train is not available a bus substitutes the service.

Bus to Malpensa Airport (Milano Nord Cadorna Railway Station)
Malpensa Express Bus connects Malpensa 2000 Terminal 1 to Stazione Nord - Piazza Cadorna (Cadorna F.S. subway stop)
from 7:00am to 12:30am every 30 min. - excluded 2:00pm and 3:00pm and it takes about 50 min. and costs 9,00 Euro one way. Children 2 to 12 years old 4,50 Euro one way. From Piazza Cadorna you can take the subway or taxi to hotel (about 10/20 min. by subway or 10/15 min. by taxi from station to all our hotels).

In Piazzale Firenze keep right and turn in Via Signorini, onto Via Cenisio and then straight until Via Nono, then all the way up to Piazza Cimitero Monumentale. Turn right in Via Ceresio, then straight in Via Volta until Largo La Foppa. CarlyleBreraHotel.com is on the other side of the traffic light in Corso Garibaldi. There is no access to Corso Garibaldi from this side. You will have to drive in Via Statuto and on the right (100 mt.) you will see the sign PARKING. It is a public parking that also has Hotel guest reserved spaces.
